Welcome to Obamatonian Rule!

Every once in a while a new politician comes along and shakes things up a bit, and really that is a good thing. Of course, if they get too far off track with their opinions or if their life experience is too jaded, we have a problem. Especially if we give that politician too much power or give them too long of a leash. As we watch the federal government get involved in the auto industry, and watch how they strong-armed investors, and dismissed 100 years of bankruptcy law, one has to wonder what on earth are we doing?

Bankruptcy Rules, Plano Bankruptcy Attorney, Bankruptcy Attorney Miami,

The current administration is telling us that they are doing the right thing, that it had to be done, and that it was okay to break these rules this one time because this was an emergency. Had Chrysler been able to break the bankruptcy laws in the beginning they wouldn't have needed the government assistance. Had Chrysler been able to break franchising law and just get rid of any of the dealerships that weren't profitable enough for them, breaking their own contracts they would have. But we have laws in this country.

It amazes me actually that the current administration is being run by a lawyer who tells us to respect the rule of law and yet, when it comes to business law, the laws somehow do not apply to the Administration, but how can that be?

If the Obama administration will become the supreme law of the land then honestly we no longer need a judicial branch of government, we don't need any lawyers, and we certainly don't need any more courts. It's all settled already, and will just go ahead and do whatever all the people want who were pulled on a given day, think I ought to be done. We will just "twitter" everyone, let the mob decide?

Well folks, welcome to Obamatonian Rule!

And mind you, getting rid of all lawyers does not like bad idea anyway; so maybe I'll stand corrected someday. But I doubt it.
